Our work is straightforward: we identify durable businesses and real assets, we invest in them patiently, and we stay close to how they operate. Where a founder wants a permanent partner, we can be that partner. Where a property wants disciplined stewardship, we provide it.
The name reflects our view of capital — that durable value tends to grow along two intersecting lines: real, physical assets on one axis, and operating partnerships on the other. When both move with intent, the intersection is where compounding happens.
Income-producing property, land, and hard-asset ventures across Ontario and select Canadian markets. We buy well, hold long, and manage with the expectation that we will still own the asset in twenty years.
Direct equity in founder-led businesses and operating partnerships, typically at the lower-middle-market scale. We invest our own capital, sit on boards where it matters, and prefer to back operators we respect.
We are not in a hurry. Deals that need to close in a week rarely reward the buyer. We take the time to understand what we are buying — and to walk away when the answer is unclear.
Modest leverage, clear structures, and unglamorous assets. We would rather compound quietly at a reasonable rate than chase a headline return and lose the principal.
The people we work with matter more than the paperwork. We back operators we would want to be in business with for a decade, and we treat every relationship as if it were the last one we would ever have.
